 At The Cabana, we strive to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Therefore, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read through our policies. 

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, but unfortunately, cash and checks are not accepted.  
• If children will be present during the service, please ensure they are supervised at all times for their safety. We do not allow small children or pets in the service room. 
• Only one client is allowed in each room per session unless a minor is being supervised by a legal guardian.
• Clients must be 16 or older, and clients 18 and under must wear appropriate tops and bottoms while getting sprayed and cannot spray topless or nude, even if a guardian is present. 
• Let us know if you have any potential skin allergy, health concern, or injury that is relevant to the service, as The Cabana reserves the right to refuse service if a client has any skin condition or health concern not previously disclosed.
• Pregnant women must have permission from their doctor. 
• The Cabana is not responsible for any items left behind in the service room. 

 At The Cabana, we take our spray tans very seriously. We want you to look your best, and we'll do everything in our power to make that happen. But, let's face it, life can be unpredictable. That's why we have cancellation policies. It's like a safety net for those unexpected moments.

Cancellation Policy: In-Studio Services

• A 50% fee of the total service booked will be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 6 hours of the scheduled time. No-show missed appointments will result in a 100% fee of total service booked. Attempting to cancel/reschedule at appointment start time is considered a no-show. Late arrivals after ten minutes of the appointment start time will also be considered as a no-show. If you are late, we will do our best to work you in upon your arrival but please know it is not always possible. 

Cancellation Policy: Mobile Services 

• Since we serve multiple areas, scheduling appointments can be a complex process. By providing us with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, you help us to prioritize our clients' needs and work efficiently. If you need to cancel, please notify us within 24 hours to avoid a fee. Cancelling within the 24 hour window will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service(s). If you need to reschedule on the same day, please notify us within 6 hours to avoid a fee.  Late arrivals after ten minutes of the appointment start time will also be considered as a no-show.

To hold the reservation, we require a valid credit card for all services. However, you will not be charged until after the service is complete, or if needed for a cancel/reschedule fee. Clients can adjust the payment method at the time of checkout if necessary. We do our utmost to accommodate our clients and appreciate your understanding and support in this endeavor.  Please note that all bookings must be made through our online booking platform. We do not accept bookings via phone, text, email, or social media.

 Please be advised that all purchases including single tans, memberships, packages, and retail items are non-refundable.
